What a great first session! Wendy did a great job of explaining not just what we were doing but also why we were doing it. I had watched the videos and did the workbook but the 1:1 brought it all together. Seeing the bones on her leggings shift and move really helped me see what is going on in the different exercises.
I love how she was so courteous and professional when correcting my arm position or posture, and also having me slow WAY down in the movements-and in life!
I'm excited about everything in this program!
